So quick old, so slow smart.

Despite my hangover this morning, I felt obliged to drag my ass to church as I was in the middle of a new member education class. Also, my sprout really enjoys Sunday School.
The church is Unitatian. We got married here eight years previously because the place looked cool, and there were going to be people from all sorts of religious backgrounds (and I don't mean some Methodists and some Catholics - to me there's not that big a difference) from Christian and Shinto to Buddhist and Wiccan. We wanted everyone to feel good about being there.
Five years later we came back to attend services. Unitarian is a hard religion to grasp and to practice. Most churches pound the dogma down your throat, leaving nothing for you to wonder about. Utes have to evolve their own personal faith, which may or may not involve god, God, gods, Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha or…
